Cracks of concrete roof, walls and pavement in twin vehicular tunnel necessitated relining with 3-gage Armco corrugated steel plates, filling voids behind walls as well as between walls and steel liner and placing gunite concrete lining over steel plates; drain pipes were inserted into 2 in. holes; in north tube, 80 ft section of ceiling which was too low was replaced with H beams encased by 2 ft concrete.
