Reinforced-concrete construction at skelton grange power station
Turbine house being constructed is 400 ft long and 79 ft wide, and will house three 60,000-kw turboalternator sets; it is divided into 14 bays, each 31 ft long, and main structural members consist of reinforced concrete portal frames supporting shell concrete roof.
