Due to fact that weather conditions often do not permit concrete and insulating materials to dry sufficiently before they are covered with moistureproof roofing board on poured asphalt; experiences with roof from lower side of which water was still dripping after 7 years, indicated that it originated during roof construction and was not due to subsequent penetration of moisture into roof.
