Studies with titanium as agent for imparting durable fire-retardancy to fabrics
Classification of fire retardants and types of treatments; report on studies of use of silicates in neutralization bath to minimize afterglow; commercial brands of sodium silicate were investigated, and optimum amount determined; it has been found that fabrics of various weights can be successfully fire retarded by titanium antimony silicon treatment.
