Data on prepakt concrete foundation slab for spillway structure; prepacked coarse aggregates are placed in lifts in base slab 8 ft thick and 530 ft long; prepacked slab contains mats of reinforcing steel on 6- and 12-in. centers at top and bottom; grouting pipes, steel, and aggregates are placed at same time and aggregates are kept wet for 24 hr before intrusion.
