Comparative study on hydraulic conductivity of unconsolidated sediments
In order to determine hydraulic conductivity of subsurface layers different methods, field and laboratory, were applied; results of laboratory tests were in good agreement with those of pumping tests; no agreement was found with results of tidal transmission method; explanation of this difference is that in currently applied Bosch equation, compressibility of semipervious covering strata is not taken into account.
