Basic layout of space throughout 17-story building is module which incorporates all aspects of environmental comfort, lighting, heating, and air conditioning; details of interior lighting system, used in lobby and office areas, corridors, garages, control center, etc; exterior lighting of building and surrounding pool with eight fountains which are integrated into building's cooling system; 15 tower floors of building are canopied by cantilevered overhangs, fitted with rows of fluorescent fixtures; penthouse service building is concealed by fiber glass screen backlighted by row of single-lamp reflectors; its roof serves as helistop surrounded by ring of 18 floodlights.
