King-Williams Land Co, is largest home builder in Smyrna, Ga, area; to improve lighting installations for model home of new community, it was necessary to keep extra cost of new lighting to minimum, teach electrical contractor to install correctly fixtures with which he was not familiar, and persuade building superintendent to make necessary structural changes; examples of solutions found are shown; more attractive and efficient lighting improved not only lighting levels but also sales of homes.
