Series of 12 experiments were conducted to obtain data for strength control of concrete, using test cylinder of 10 cm diam and 20 cm length; effects of method of compacting and placing concrete into mold, and of maximum gravel size on strength ratio; test cylinder was found to be fit for use for compressive strength control.
