New 30-acre ready mixed concrete production plant of Falls City Concrete and Stone Co, Louisville, Ky, is described; control room and console, feature punch-card dictation of orders laboratory-keyed to each customer's specific mix requirements, digital recording of order data, automatic printing of order, and completely automated dispatch and loading of concrete or dry batched materials; batching plant equipment includes six-compartment aggregate bin, 16 ft wide, having 300-ton, or 200-cu yd capacity, when filled, and 11-cu yd aggregate batcher with dial scale; for cement, there is two-compartment, 11-ft wide 1000-bbl cement bin, and 11-cu yd capacity cement batcher with dial scale.
