Cubar-Con is new development in precast concrete building construction from Cubar Industries Ltd, Manchester, England; structural principle applied to flat slab multi-story structure utilizes precast concrete elements which form columns, spine beams, edge beams and flooring panels; when erected, these create structural shell into which in-situ concrete is poured; when this hardens it becomes composite with elements, producing fully monolithic structure.
