High strength bars as concrete reinforcement -- 8
Control of flexural cracking in design is being studied as part of experimental investigation of high strength reinforcing steel; report concerns cracking on top surface of T-beams subjected to negative bending moments; using 1/4, 1/2, and full-scale specimens, similitude of cracking is evaluated and reliability of expressions for computation of crack width is discussed.
