Paper treats calibration, or correlation of variables, even though weir is completely submerged and tail-water phenomena control discharge; it shows that for free overfall, discharge is function of head on weir, but for submerged condition discharge is function of degree of submergence; compute discharge, compared with observed discharge, showed deviation of 2%.
