Calverly Modular method is applicable up to three stories and its light-weight is good for mining areas based on 48 in. major module and 4 in. minor module; timber frames and panels of these dimensions provide for rapid erection of structural inner leaves, while giving complete freedom of choice for outer cladding; maximum use is made of dry methods of construction and special features include insulation of wall and ceilings; roof can be installed on structure in one day.
