Bond and anchorage characteristics of welded wire fabric in concrete
Study was made in order to enable prediction of load-slip characteristics for standard pullout test; 60 plain wire pullout specimens in which length of embedment, concrete strength and wire diameters were varied, were tested; loaded-end slip is directly proportional to length of embedment and inversely proportional to wire diameter; maximum stress in pull-out wire is proportional to length of embedment and inversely proportional to wire diameter; other conclusions and recommendations.
