Features of panel positioner, built from I-beams, channels, plates and pipes; steel frame, pivot-mounted to cross channel on one end rig, is 43 ft long, 10 ft wide, weighs 5 1/2 tons and is designed for installing largest precast concrete panels; by using positioner, deflection stresses normally induced into panel during erection, are eliminated.
