Construction of 250 ft deep, 109 ft diam rocket-engine test cell at Arnold Air Force Station, Tullahoma, Tenn; suspended concreting rig that swivels through 360° as it rides around circular form is used to pour walls; mix travels by pipe from Pumpcrete unit 275 ft beyond top of hole down to pouring level.
