Characteristics of test results of 30 prestressed columns tested at Univ New South Wales; quantities intentionally varied were degree of prestress and eccentricity of loading; specimens were grouped into 5 series with 6 specimens in each; each series represented particular degree of prestress and 6 columns of series provided 6 different eccentricities; method of testing made it possible to determine by extrapolation buckling load for columns with zero eccentricity of loading.
