Small type hydraulic jack, weighing 50 lb, which is easily handled and installed by one man; it can be installed by raising jack into position and building up hydraulic pressure with 2 or 3 strokes of pump handle; this jack will support load of 8 tons, as compared to 21 tons with large jack, before yielding under load; small jack will support total of 10 ton pressure before damage to jack may be expected.
