Rubber and asphalt for road Surfaces
Details pertaining to rubber asphalt mix compounded to process devised by A.E.H.DUSSEK; experimental areas subjected to heavy traffic for 10 to 12 yr have demonstrated that when suitably incorporated with asphalt, rubber in powder form prevents slipperiness and deformation, provides more resilient surface than normal asphalt, and surface is not affected to such marked degree by heat and cold; rubber is added to composition in form of ground reclaim.
