Structural features of experimental building constructed by International Paper Co at cost of $7.54 per sq ft; use of 48 ft hollow, plywood box beams supported on wood and plywood laminated columns spaced 40 ft apart to give 40 by 48 ft free span bays; roof consists of two skins of plywood panels; sandwich panel wall of office area consists of egg crate filler of corrugated paperboard, bonded to two thin slices of veneer plywood, finished with polyester plastic.
