Method of securing protective blanket of rock to prevent erosion along north bank of Snake River at Ice Harbor Dam; first layer of 6 ×6-in. steel mesh, then 2-ft layer of dumped rock, then two more layers of mesh, anchored to first by 3/8-in. tie rods on 4-ft centers.
