New station of Netherlands Railways opened in August; main structure is of reinforced concrete with module of 4.20 m; for most part frame is clad with yellow facing brick; roof consists of precast concrete slabs, carried on reinforced concrete beams cast in situ; fluorescent lighting used throughout with exception of restaurant terrace.
