Connection will be 4-lane reinforced concrete highway, with mall ranging up to 800 ft in width; sections will be 25 ft wide with 12 ft right hand lane and 13 ft left hand lane; shoulders are to be stabilized; bridge spanning Hudson River from Selkirk to Castleton, will be 5330 ft long and will be of type similar to Tappan Zee Bridge at Tarrytown, NY.
