Cause of progressive disappearance of diphenylamine in colloidal powders
Cause of progressive disappearance of diphenylamine in colloidal powders; disappearance of stabilizer diphenylamine from colloidal nitrocellulose powders is due to its oxidation and nitration by nitrocellulose; no similar action occurs when it is replaced by nitric ether, such as diethyldiphenyl urea, use of which is recommended.
