Scheme for construction of reinforced-concrete tower, 2000 m high, for aerial defense of Paris; tower is to carry three platforms, 357 m to 459 m in diam, at level 600 m, 1300 m and 1800 m above ground surface, for launching aircraft to meet enemy attackers and for sheltering anti-aircraft artillery; computation of stresses including those due to wind pressure.
