Effect of magnetization on detectability of surface defects during inspection by eddy current method
Experimental investigation is concerned with study of amplitude-phase characteristics of output emf produced by slit-type artificial defects in ball-bearing steel rods investiged by eddy current method; rods were inspected by means of hollow coils with magnetization in d-c magnetic field. (see also English translation in Indus Laboratory v 32 n 9 Sept 1966 p 1351-4)
