Hot water consumption in two college dormitories and public high school
Tests and studies of hot water consumption were conducted at University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Mass and Ludlow High School in Ludlow, Mass; conventional flow meter was altered to produce electric signal in relation to rate of flow; signal was used to trigger special recorder to produce punched tape; with arrangement described exact reading was obtained for each time interval recorded; tabulated data on hourly observations of hot water consumption.
