Successful use by contractor of chemical grout Terranier, manufactured by Rayonier; grout is product of wood chemistry; it is described chemically as polyflavonoid or polyphenol, in same broad chemical family as phenolic plastics; it is finely divided dark brown powder, similar in smell and appearance to dark colored calcium lignin sulfonate -- material, familiar as water reducing agent in concrete; 25% concentration is most commonly used and was employed in laboratory tests reported; results of tests and field experience.
