Floodlighting Church
Historic Christ Church, Philadelphia, Pa, is located on downtown city street; each of two side walls of church is floodlighted with three lensed units, equipped with one 500-w T3 tungsten-halogen lamp; units have wide-beam distributions and are located 20 ft out from building on 20-ft centers; mounted at ground level, units are aimed upward to provide average brightness of 8 ft-L on each wall; four sides of steeple are floodlighted from four rooftop locations; light sources used and brightness levels are presented; lighting data sheet.
