Ultimate flexural strength of reinforced concrete sections
Method of determining ultimate resisting moment of reinforced concrete sections; ultimate compressive strain in concrete is treated in analysis as unknown quantity and determined by subjecting resisting moment of section to maximum condition; simple equations for ultimate resisting moment of under and over-reinforced sections are derived; results of analysis agree with experimental data.
