Sand replacement in structural lightweight concrete -- Freezing and thawing tests
Freezing and thawing resistance of 47 structural light weight concretes containing seven light weight aggregates and varying amounts of natural sand fines are reported; seven light weight aggregate concretes and companion sand and gravel aggregate concrete were evaluated at nominal compressive strengths of 3000 and 5000 psi.
