Comprehensive data system on site planning for new residential projects has been devised, featuring numerical scale from 1 to 10, covering all intensities of land use; land-use intensity scale defines total floor area of project in relation to total land area; minimum open space, outdoor livability space, and recreation space, in relation to total floor area; and minimum amount of automobile parking for project occupants, and for guests and service vehicles.
