Strength of R. C. Beams under combined bending, shear and torsion
Paper summarizes results of analytical and experimental investigations carried out in Dept of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on reinforced concrete beams under combined bending and shear, and under combined bending and torsion; it is shown how by combining theoretical solutions for two cases it is possible to design members under combined bending, shear and torsion.
