Analysis of inclined cracking shear in slender reinforced concrete beams
Analysis assumes that failure is due to inclined crack which develops in region of combined shear and flexure; flexural cracking, shear stress distribution, dowelling forces and changes in longitudinal steel stresses are considered; analysis is used to study effects of several variables on shear capacity of slender concrete beams.
