Development located on Tilostac River, 70 mi from Mexico City, will have capacity of 93,000 kva; hydraulic works are formed by dam, 150 ft high, 540 ft thick at base and 24 ft thick at top, which will close Bravo Valle storage reservoir; from storage reservoir, water will be conducted through river bed to El Durazno Dam, and from there, to Colorines regulating dam 2.20 mi away, through canal and tunnel 1000 ft long.
