Shelter to accommodate 50 people built at Windham Center, Conn; walls and roof are 24 in. thick with double reinforcing; floor is 12-in. slab with 1/2-in. bars on 12-in. centers each way; structure is designed for earthfill covering surmounted by 3-ft thick burster slab.
