Current status of parking analysis and its relation to comprehensive transportation planning process is evaluated, relationships behind driver's choice of parking location are discussed, and new procedure for improving parking analysis and its coordination within transportation planning process is proposed; objectives of parking analysis, detailed description of procedure, and use of origin-destination survey data for parking demand.
