Description of work done on 200 yr old St. James Episcopal Church, Monkton, Md; old floor of wood planks was replaced by wrought iron heating pipe laid on crushed rock base and surfaced with brick; boiler and oil burner are located in parish house, 180 ft from modulating valves, circulator, air bleeders, balancing valves, etc; two modulating thermostats control room temperature.
