Prefabricated barrel culvert forms
"Barrel" forms eliminated expensive forms for 20-ft diam arch type concrete culverts built to lead stream under 2.89 mi relocation of Pacific Coast Highway, in Oregon; walls of culvert are 10 to 12 ft thick; 12 ft lengths of prefabricated "barrels" are assembled to 50 ft sections; after concrete has set for four days, form is used for next section; illustrated description.
