The city of Tacoma, Wash., is installing over 100,000 lin. ft. of concrete sewer pipe, comprising trunk lines, laterals and storm sewers; pipe for trunk and put-fall lines are being made in reinforced, poured sections, while those for lateral sewers are practically all plain, machine made; all pipe is being produced under city's specifications as to materias, density, and crushing strength.
