Flexural fatigue strength of lime-soil mixtures
Flexural fatigue tests were conducted with four selected lime-soil mixtures to evaluate flexural fatigue response and to determine if fatigue response will limit use of materials in subbase and base course applications; test results show that fatigue response of cured lime-soil mixtures is similar to lime-fly ash aggregate mixtures and concrete; statistical techniques were used to establish relations between S (fraction of ultimate flexural strength) and log N (number of applications to failure).
