Refuse quantities and frequency of service
Determination of significant changes in quantities of refuse from Wards 17 and 25, City of Chicago, as result of initiation in 1966 of twice-a-week pickup service in approximately one-third of living units serviced is studied; method for making comparisons based on information from similar neighborhoods and identical time periods was developed and used in analysis.
