Firing characteristics of palladium-silver thick film resistors
Resistivity and temperature coefficient behaviors of palladium-silver glaze resistors as determined by various firing temperatures and times for lehr firing in air; experimental evidence is presented which describes influence of palladium-silver and platinum-gold electrode materials on these properties; use of palladium-silver electrodes appears to decrease resistivity significantly for short resistor patterns, while platinum-gold electrodes produce slight but observable contact resistance in some instances.
