Cofferdams in water 28 ft. deep eliminated by use of submerged forms adjustable in gantry tower and shifted by derricks to make alternate sections of 1460 ft. of wall, 36 ft. high, concreted in 25-ft. lengths with bottom dump buckets filled by chutes from floating tower.
