Location problems; foundation of steel tower is of concrete, of pedestal slab type, with pedestal dowelled to deep slab; tower leg is connected to pier by eight anchor bolts each 2 1/2 in. in diam; all members of tower are connected by bolts; stress analysis is primarily matter of determining wind forces.
