Tests conducted on 1:125-scale model to determine effects of wave and seiche currents at entrance to, and within inner-harbor area of various proposed improvement plans; results indicating necessary extension, removal or shortening, realignment, and construction of breakwaters are presented; estimated duration and magnitude of storm waves approaching harbor and at selected ranges inside harbor are tabulated.
