Sulfate resistant cement -- Primary requirement for sulfate resistant concrete pipe
Results of long time tests of 19 regular portland cements and 19 companion cements from same mills which had been modified by raising iron alumina ratio from average of 0.45 to 0.96, thus reducing calculated compound tricalcium aluminate (C3A) from average 10.0 to 4.7%; influence of changes in percentage of C3A on sulphate resistance of portland cement for concrete pipe.
