Hangars at Midway Airport, Chicago, Ill; how continuous rows of ceiling lights are arranged transversely beneath ribbed arch roof; lamps are 3500° white, 25 mm diam, 7 ft 9 in. long giving 2300 lumens at 100 hr burning; illumination ranges from 18 to 26 ft-c.
