Flow of natural gas in pipelines
Flow formulas in use in design of natural gas transmission pipelines, and performance ratings of these lines; formulas are derived from general energy equation, basic difference being found in methods of considering friction coefficient, and in adjustment for deviation of gases for supercompressibility; each formula, after applying all adjustments, assumes incorporation of "efficiency factor".
